We are currently operating curbside drop off and pick up! Give us a call when you arrive, and one of our staff will meet you by your car. We ask that all dogs come in with a collar and standard leash clearly marked with your dog’s name. All of our pups are immediately brought outside for a potty break and are slowly integrated into the play group. Our groups are size- and temperament matched, and play is monitored by our daycare staff at all times. When you’re ready to pick up your dog, give us a call to let us know you are here. We will bring your pup outside for one last potty break before bringing them out to your vehicle. We ask that dogs be loaded on the passenger/curb side of the vehicle to avoid the traffic of St. Charles Road.

The Day School program offers all of the fun and social interaction of daycare play with the addition of enrichment activities with our Dayschool trainers. Though we do cover some basic skills such as sit, place, and recall, Dayschool is meant to provide extra enrichment and structure to your dog’s daycare play. Dayschool is a fabulous option for younger puppies and high energy pups who benefit from the additional structure the Dayschool program has to offer.

We are currently not accepting new clients for boarding only. This is expected to change once we transition to our new facility, and we thank you for your patience! Once your pup has passed its temperament test, we recommend setting them up for at least one day a week of daycare prior to their stay. We have found this to be tremendously successful for reducing the stress of being away from home for extended periods of time. Boarding guests must attend at least 2 full days of daycare within two weeks prior to their stay. Boarding requests should be submitted through our PetExec portal, and an email confirmation will be sent upon its approval.

We have plenty of bowls, toys, and beddings for our lodging guests! We ask that you bring enough food for you dogs stay plus one night. This ensures that your dog will not run out of food during their stay should a change in plans arise. We can provide our house food should they run out of food for an additional fee. If you choose to pack any of your own bedding for your pup, please clearly label it with tape and permanent marker so we can ensure it gets sent back to you. Any medications that your pup is currently taking need to be detailed in our boarding form. Daycare play is part of our boarding experience so your pup will be getting daily social 🙂 interaction and exercise during their stay ☺
