Peak Season Rates
In order to continue to bring your pet the highest level of service you have come to expect from Four Paws, there will be a $10 peak season fee per pet during the following dates.

Before booking any day play or overnight stay, you’ll need the following records from your vet: Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, Canine Influenza. Vaccination records must include the date each expires (not the date administered) and can be added to your online profile. We still require proof of vaccinations emailed to info@9md.824.myftpupload.com for our records.
All dogs must pass an evaluation prior to being able to request services through the online portal. To schedule evaluation, email us at info@9md.824.myftpupload.com.
Once you’ve completed the above steps, you can use our online booking system to submit reservation requests.

BOARDING HOURS
Monday – Friday 7AM – 9AM or 4PM – 7PM
Saturday & Sunday 8AM – 9AM or 4PM – 5PM
Additional times for pick-up and drop-off are available by appointment and may include an additional fee.
We encourage all boarding dogs to arrive in the morning on their drop-off day. The full day of play and acclimation makes their first night’s stay more comfortable.
Any check-out after 9AM will incur a full day daycare charge.

Evaluation Day
We know you have many options when choosing a pet care facility for your loved one. At Four Paws, we work hard to create and maintain a safe environment for our guests and in order to accomplish this we require that all new customers come in for the temperament evaluation prior to daycare and boarding. Evaluations are offered during business hours Monday through Friday by appointment only.
The evaluation begins at 10am with curb-side drop-off. During the day we will introduce several different types of dogs so we can understand how they interact socially in playgroup with the pack. We will also test how they do in one of our kennel runs or crates so we can establish if they will be able to settle well and that they are comfortable with our staff handling them as we move throughout the facility and outdoor areas. Pick-up is between 2-4pm and we will review how the evaluation day went. The charge for the evaluation is the same as a single day daycare visit.
Meals & Medications & Bedding
- Please bring enough food for your dog’s stay plus a little extra in case their stay is unexpectedly extended.
- All meals to be pre-measured, in separate bags to ensure that your pet has enough for their entire stay. We will return the empty bags to you at pick-up so you may reuse them for their next visit.
- Should your dog run out of food, we are able to provide additional meals of Taste of the Wild for an additional fee of $4 per meal.
- Any medications must come with written instructions and secure in the original container, including supplements. A staff member will review the instructions with you at the time of drop-off as well.
- We have plenty of bowls and bedding so there’s no need to bring those along. If you choose to bring bedding please label your items.
